After years of chronic pain — repeating my history at every appointment, chasing tests across clinics, watching reports vanish between systems — it was clear no one was going to hold this together for me. So we built the thing I needed: a portable, unified record that travels with the patient, not the clinic. Healing is hard enough without becoming the unpaid administrator of your own care.
